TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are stating that you've read and agreed to the following terms:

PAYMENT, REFUND POLICY AND USE OF THE ARTWORK

• Payment will always be upfront, and through Paypal.

The currency accepted is USD and EUROS.

You may pay via my paypal account:

• Payment is made upon agreeing to make your commission. I will not start the order until the full amount of the payment is received.

• For orders within the European Community: Charge for post & packing included in the total price.

• For orders outside the European Community: Charge for post & packing added to the total price.

• Customers can request a refund, under these conditions:

- If the commission has not been started, the client will receive a full refund.

- If the commission has been started, the client will receive a partial refund based upon the hours spent on the piece thus far.

- If the artwork is finished or close to being finished, no refunds will be given.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, keep it professional or subject your commission to cancellation. In which case, the client will receive full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed, and be permanently blacklisted from all future commission inquiries. Clients that receive a refund due to this will not receive the artwork, regardless of completion.

Clients and or persons are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork, or artwork from my gallery for non-fungible tokens. In addition, the use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens, blockchains, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

WORK PROGRESS

• The art will feature the character of your choice, only realistic style. I will not draw cartoon style (Disney) or Manga or anything to do with NFT or any similar artwork for cryptocurrencies/blockchains. To place an order and discuss the details of your commission, please email me:

  • Once the work has started, I will show the client the stages of the work, from the initial sketch to its completion. During this stage, the client can request an adjustment or change, but not once the work is finished.

• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Promote myself with in any place or site.

Publish books with.

To display it anywhere to my liking.

Post it wherever I want.

• Commercial use of the artwork is not allowed and you can't claim it as your own. Should you use it or upload it anywhere (shared on social media, banner, profile picture...) make sure to credit me properly.

• There are different prices, according to the drawing size.
Here are the price for custom drawings on A4 size:

1 Character on Black & White 21 x 29,5 cm (A4-size):

MID-SHOT-100 €

FULL FIGURE-150 €
