I recently scanned all the footage from the Hamramr series I made in the mid-90s for Glénat-España: the covers, the pages from the six episodes, and the sketches. I'll be showing you all of this in several blog posts.
Hamramr is the second horror series I've created, after Hunter. It's a story that blends supernatural elements from Eastern European folklore with two distinct eras connected by the main character: a Nazi, an SS captain on the Eastern Front during World War II, possessed by a demonic entity that renders him virtually immortal. We follow the blood trail of his victims to the New York City of the time I made the series, where more characters appear: a Jewish Nazi hunter, a voodoo sorceress, and a Black woman seeking revenge...
A few years ago, I wrote this sort of prologue story, when Hamramr was going to be my new series for Creepy magazine. These pages remained unpublished. You can see all of it in this other blog post:

Here you can see the covers for all six issues in the series. I did the coloring using traditional techniques. You can also see the preliminary sketches for the cover of episode #1 and the sketch for the double cover of episode #6.

Recientemente he escaneado todo el material de la serie Hamramr que hice a mitad de los 90 para Glénat-España : las portadas, las páginas de los 6 episodios y los sketches. Os iré mostrando todo esto en varias entradas del blog.
Hamramr es la segunda serie de terror creada por mi, después de Hunter. Se trata de una historia que mezcla elementos sobrenaturales del folklore del este de europa con dos épocas diferentes relacionadas entre sí a través del personaje principal: un nazi, capitán de las SS en el frente oriental durante la segunda guerra mundial, poseído por una entidad demoniaca que le hace prácticamente inmortal. Seguiremos el rastro de sangre de sus víctimas hasta el Nueva York contemporáneo de cuando hice la serie, donde irán apareciendo más personajes: un judío cazador de nazis, una hechicera vudú y una chica negra que busca venganza...
Unos años antes hice ésta especie de historia-prólogo, cuando Hamramr iba a ser mi nueva serie para la revista Creepy. Éstas páginas quedaron inéditas. Podéis ver todo esto en ésta otra entrada del blog:
