Old Stuff: X-MEN Characters (1)

 

                        

          

             Here you can see all these unpublished designs for the X-Men characters for another project with Marvel Comics that was never done. The futuristic high-tech style designs are from 2005 and were for Uncanny X-Men. My colourist Max was also proposed with me. In the next post you will see the color tests that came to be done.

            Aquí podéis ver todos estos diseños inéditos para los personajes de los X-Men para otro proyecto con Marvel Comics que no se llegó a hacer. Los diseños de estilo high-tech futurista son de 2005 y eran para Uncanny X-Men. Mi colorista Max estaba propuesta también conmigo. En la siguiente entrada veréis los tests de color que llegaron a hacerse.

Old Stuff: GHOST RIDER ((2)

 

                             

           All this work is part of a serial project for Marvel Comics, at the end of the 90's. It was about telling the origin of Ghost Rider. Obviously the series never got to be made. Now I have rescued all this material, with new scans. Here I show you the second part of everything I did for this project: the designs and illustrations that correspond to a band of monstrous super-villains with a certain "Tarantino" air in their outfits, as I conceived them. And you can also see the human characters of the project, one of them clearly inspired by the great Sean Connery. All of this had never been shown to the public. Enjoy!

      Todo éste trabajo forma parte de un proyecto de serie para Marvel Comics, a finales de los 90. Se trataba de contar el origen de Ghost Rider. Obviamente la serie nunca llegó a hacerse. Ahora he rescatado todo éste material, con nuevos escaneados. Aquí os enseño la segunda parte de todo lo que hice para éste proyecto: los diseños e ilustraciones que corresponden a una banda de monstruosos super-villanos con un cierto aire "Tarantino" en sus indumentarias, tal como los concebí. Y también podéis ver a los personajes humanos del proyecto, uno de ellos claramente inspirado del gran Sean Connery. Todo esto nunca se había mostrado al público. Enjoy

             Here you have several ex-libris from the Le Chant des Elfes series, which were published in France in a limited edition, signed and numbered. The color of these 3 editions is made by Max.

           And here you have several ex-libris of the Bad Legion character Lamia, which were published in a limited edition, signed and numbered. The color of these 3 editions is made by Max.

       Here you can see a first selection of pages in double black & white and color version of volume 1 Bad Legion (2005). It was a version of Leonidas and the Spartans in the Sci-Fi Space Opera genre.
