                 Some very special dedications recently made on copies of my artbooks The Super Villains & Legendary Heroes and other books of mine.            

       

          

            This Harley Quinn made in a copy of The Super Villains Classic Edition and this Catwoman made in a copy of The Super Villains Limited Edition are for the artist Cris Ortega, who has done the coloring of both illustrations.

             This Joker made in a copy of The Super Villains Classic Edition is for Max, one of my best color artists and for Àlex, the graphic designer of my artbooks.

             This drawing of Grogu made on a copy of Legendary Heroes Classic Edition is for Nuria Sayago, another color artist who works with me. Nuria has a long career as a colorist in the Franco-Belgian market. Below you can see the series she has worked on:

ARTBOOKS Dedicated Drawings 2023-24 (IV)

 

             Some very special dedications recently made on copies of my new artbook The Super Villains and other books of mine. They are drawings dedicated to collaborators who have participated in these works. 

         Here you have this Baron Harkonnen for the great Kevin J. Anderson, who wrote the preface to my artbook The Super Villains. Kevin has continued the Dune literary saga for more than 20 years together with Brian Herbert.

               This drawing of the character Midna from the Zelda universe is for Niina Xan, who has worked on the color of many of the illustrations for The Super Villains. In addition to being a colorist, Niina is also a illustrator and creator of her own universe.

ITHAQUA - New Characters search

 

      Vous pouvez voir par ici les nouveaux concepts pour les personnages Ithaqua, un projet que j'ai commencé à préparer en 2011 et que j'espère pouvoir réaliser un jour. C'est mon "projet fétiche".

     Voici dans plusieurs dessins la nouvelle version pour la sorcière Deliverance, inspirée depuis le début par mon amie le modèle Seffy Moon.

    La couleur est faite à la main, avec des techniques traditionnelles.

SEFFY MOON - Emmanuelle

         
       Here you can see some drawings made during the year with my friend the model Seffy Moon sitting in the famous chair of the movie "Emmanuelle", just as illustration composition tests. In the last of these drawings you can see the sketch, the line version and the final art level. 
       I look forward to making many new drawings with Seffy in 2020!
